Charitable objects

(1) ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LEYBOURNE FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE OUT OF RAES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS. (2) SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE COMMISSIONERS THE TRUSTEE AT ANY TIME MAY APPLY THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING LAND AND BUILDINGS TO BE SETTLED UPON TRUST FOR USE AS A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
