TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE DISTRICT/PARISH OF ST. JUST-IN-PENWITH AND ADJACENT AREAS.
