TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, PLAYING FIELDS, PLAYGROUND AND OTHER AMENITIES OF A SIMILAR CHARACTER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF OAKLEY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.
