TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION CALLED THE YOUTH HOSTEL ASSOCIATION (ENGLAND AND WALES) AND THEREBY TO PROMOTE AMONG THE PUBLIC,ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG PERSONS OF LIMITED MEANS,EDUCATION IN AND CARE AND CONCERN FOR THE COUNTRYSIDE.
