SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITIES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
