THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM CANCER OR A LIFE LIMITING ILLNESS OR CONDITION (“BENEFICIARIES”) BY THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF: HOSPITALS, HOSPICES, CLINICS AND OTHER FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF BENEFICIARIES; DOMICILIARY AND DAY CARE SERVICES FOR BENEFICIARIES; MEDICAL AND OTHER STAFF FOR THE PROVISION OF TREATMENT OR CARE FOR BENEFICIARIES OR THOSE WHO PROVIDE ANCILLARY FUNCTIONS; EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM CANCER OR A LIFE LIMITING ILLNESS OR CONDITION; FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR BENEFICIARIES, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS; COUNSELLING, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND RESPITE CARE FOR BENEFICIARIES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS BOTH DURING THE ILLNESS AND IN BEREAVEMENT; AND SUCH OTHER FACILITIES AND SERVICES TO PROVIDE TREATMENT OR PALLIATIVE CARE FOR BENEFICIARIES.
