THE BUREAU IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BENEFITING THE COMMUNITY IN THE DISTRICT OF HUNTINGDON:-(A) BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OT THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE. (B) BY RELIEVING POVERTY.
