1) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR PERSONS HAVING NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH. 2) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE GOVERNORS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
