THE CHAPEL SHALL BE HELD IN TRUST FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF ABINGDON AND DOVER AS A MEMORIAL TO ST EDMUND OF ABINGDON AND CANTERBURY AND AS A PLACE OF WORSHIP.
