TO ACQUIRE ESTABLISH EQUIP, FURNISH AND TO MAINTAIN A HOSTEL IN ORDER TO RELIEVE AND TO PREVENT HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG YOUNG PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WHO ARE HOMELESS OR WHO ARE LIVING IN ADVERSE HOUSING CONDITIONS WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING THEM SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
