THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO DESERVING YOUNG PERSONS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING THEIR EDUCATION AT SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR OTHER LIKE INSTITUTION, OF WHICH THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPROVE, WHO WOULD OTHERWISE THROUGH LACK OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS BE UNABLE TO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION.
