1. FOR HIRING ACCOMODATION FOR USE AS A PLACE OF MEETING FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP BY THE PERSONS FORMERLY MEETING FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP AT THE BAPTIST CHAPEL AT PRINCES STREET AND MAINTAINING SERVICES IN SUCH ACCOMODATION AS AFORESAID. 2. IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ANY YEAR IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAME FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE BAPTIST CHURCH.
