(A) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE STUDY AND GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL AND DENTAL SCIENCE AND ALL MATTES RELATING TO THE PROGRESS AND DEVELOPMENT OF ALL BRANCHES OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY. (B) TO FOSTER POSTGRADUATE MEDICAL AND DENTAL EDUCATION FOR RESEARCH BY CONSULTANTS, PRACTITIONERS, HOSPITAL STAFF, COMMUNITY DOCTORS AND RELATED PROFESSIONS AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF ANY SUCH RESEARCH
