TO RELIEVE THOSE IN THE AREA WHO ARE IN CIRCUMSTANCES OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF AGE, DISABILITY OR OTHERWISE BY RECRUITING, PLACING AND SUPERVISING A TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SUCH PEOPLE.
