TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT THE WESTERING COUNTY INFANT AND JUNIOR SCHOOLS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISON OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOLS (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY).
