TO BE USED IN PERPETUITY AS A READING ROOM AND LIBRARY FOR THE USE OF RESIDENTS IN THE PARISH OF UPPER GRAVENHURST OF WITHIN A DISTANCE OF ONE MILE THEREFROM AND OTHERWISE FORTHE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID PARISH AS HEREINAFTER APPEARS.
