TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AT THE GERMAN SCHOOL KNOWN AS "DOUGLAS HOUSE" IN RICHMOND SURREY, ENGLAND, WHICH SCHOOL HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF LONDON FOR THE GENERAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND IS MAINTAINED AND CONDUCTED BY GERMAN SCHOOL ASSOCIATION LIMITED BEING A CHARITY REGISTERED UNDER NUMBER 325073 BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AT THE SCHOOL.
