THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE VISUAL FINE ARTS AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF HENLEY AND SURROUNDING AREA.
