TO ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE AND IMPROVE THE BREEDING OF MARCHIGIANA CATTLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND OR ELSEWHERE AND WITH A VIEW THERETO IF AND IN SO FAR AS MAY BE SO THOUGHT FIT TO PURCHASE IMPORT BREED HIRE OR OTHERWISE DEAL IN MARCHIGIANA CATTLE AND THE SEMEN THEREOF FOR THE PURPOSES OF ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION WHETHER SUCH CATTLE ARE OF BRITISH OR FOREIGN ORIGIN.
