Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL OR OTHER ASSISTANCE FOR SUCH MEN AND WOMEN WHO WHILST UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE YEARS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN PLACED IN CUSTODY UNDER THE ORDER OF ANY COURT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN A BORSTAL INSTITUTION DETENTION CENTRE PRISON OR OTHER SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS (INCLUDING ONE RESULTING FROM ANY FUTURE GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION) AND FOR SUCH FAMILIES OF SUCH MEN AND WOMEN AS ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND FOR SUCH OTHER OFFENDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IF THE LATTER SHALL BE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
