1. TO PAY OR APPLY THE WHOLE INCOME IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT. 2. THE MAINTENANCE, RELIEF, TREATMENT, OR OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEMBERS OR EX-MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL SUFFERING FROM DISABILITY (WHETHER MENTAL OF PHYSICAL). OCCASIONED IN THE COURSE OF THEIR DUTIES BY ARMED FORCES HOSTILE TO THE SAID STATE OF ISRAEL.
