1) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT 1958 AND AS THEREIN LIMITED FOR ELDERLY AND/OR HANDICAPPED PERSONS, ORPHANS AND DEPRIVED CHILDREN, WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION OF SEX, COLOUR, RELIGION OR DISABILITY. 2) TO ASSIST PRISONERS IN HM PRISIONS BY UNDERTAKING AND ENCOURAGING PERSONAL VISITS AND BY HELPING THEM TO PREPARE FOR THEIR ULTIMATE RETURN TO SOCIETY.
