TO PERSONS APPEARING TO THE TRUSTEES TO BE RESIDENT IN OR OBJECTS APPEARING TO THEM TO BE DIRECTLY CONNECTED WITH ANY AREA WHERE THE COMPANY OR ANY SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY FOR THE TIME BEING CARRIES ON MANUFACTURE OR ANY OTHER PART OR PARTS OF ITS ACTIVITIES OR WHERE A SUBSTANTIAL PROPORTION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY OR ANY SIBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY FOR THE TIME BEING RESIDES.
