TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION OF TAPESTRIES, COSTUMES, EMBROIDERY AND OTHER TEXTILE OBJECTS OF HISTORIC, CULTURAL OR ARTISTIC VALUE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS TEXTILES).
