We have approx. 40 groups who hire the Oulton Community Centre on a regular basis for meetings and activities. A member of each group is invited to attend our association meetings. The Centre is also hired out for adult and children's parties.

Charitable objects
2. OBJECTS 2.1 The Objects of the Association are: 2.1.1 to promote the benefit of the inhabitants residing in and about the parishes of Oulton and Flixton and the Oulton Broad and Gunton Wards of Lowestoft in the East Suffolk District (hereinafter called “the area of benefit”) without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinions, by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. 2.1.2 to establish or secure the establishment of a Community Centre (hereinafter called “the Centre”) and to maintain and manage, or to co-operate with any local statutory authority in the maintenance and management of, such a Centre for activities promoted by the Association and its constituent bodies in furtherance of the above objects.
