In accordance with the terms of the Trust , the available income has been paid at the Trustee's discretion to 5 charities.The Trustees are satisfied that these purposes remain charitable and for the public benefit. The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.
