TO MAKE GRANTS OF MONEY CHATTELS OR OTHER GIFTS IN KIND OR PAY SUMS OF MONEY IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AT THE SCHOOL OVER AND ABOVE THOSE PROVIDED BY THE SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL UNDER THEIR STATUTORY AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY OR ALL OF THE BENEFICIARIES SO FAR AS THE SAME CONCERN ITS PREMISES BUILDINGS AND ITS GENERAL EQUIPMENT, FITTINGS AND FIXTURES.
