(I) RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE SICK CONVALESCENTM DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM; OR(II) ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF AN EFFICIENT DOMICILARY NURSING SERVICES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, BY MAKING GRANTS OR PAYING PENSIONS IN CASES OF NEED TO NURSES. (ANY INCOME NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION AS ABOVE MAY BE PAID TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE WEST SUSSEX COUNTY NURSING BENEVOLENT FUND)
