TO PROMOTE THE INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING OF GIRLS OF ALL RACES, COLOUR AND CREEDS IN ALL MATTERS WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON ALL MATTERS NAUTICAL WITH THE OBJECT OF EDUCATING THEM IN THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND ENABLING THEM TO PLAY A FULL PART IN THE LIFE OF THE WHOLE COMMUNITY.
