(I) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH ST DUNSTAN'S COLLEGE, CATFORD, LONDON, SE6 4TY (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE SCHOOL"), AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE AND / OR (II) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR SUCH OTHER FOUNDATIONS, INSTITUTIONS, (WHETHER CORPORATE OR NOT), TRUSTS OR UNDERTAKINGS ESTABLISHED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, (WHETHER OR NOT CONNECTED WITH THE SCHOOL), AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL IN LIKE MANNER DETERMINE.
