TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OFR THE BENEFIT OF ALL DISABLED PERSONS RESIDENT IN BASINGSTOKE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR COMPETETIVE AND NON-COMPETETIVE SPORTS TO ASSIST IN THEIR INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY.
