TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE VILLAGE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF WHEATHAMPSTEAD AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND RECREATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS.
