(B) TO PRACTISE AND ORGANISE THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED KINGDON OR ABROADWHEREVER MEMBERS OFTHE COMMUNITY SHALL BE CALLED UPON TO SERVE.
