Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION PROVIDED AT ST BERNARD'S CONVENT HIGH SCHOOL. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES, AMENITIES AND ASSISTANCE FOR THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL OVER AND ABOVE THAT WHICH IS PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITIES. TO ESTABLISH SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES AND PRIZES. (FOR DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2 OF THE CONSTITUTION).
