Charitable objects
1. TO PAY THE COST OF PROVIDING A CARDIAC CARE UNIT AT THE SOUTHEND GENERAL HOSPITAL INCLUDING THE COST OF STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO THE HOSPITAL BULIDING AND THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF ALL NECESSARY FURNITURE AND DQUIPMENT;2. TO APPLY ANY BALANCE OF THE TRUST FUND NOT REQUIRED TO MEET THE COST OF CARDIAC CARE UNIT FOR THE CARE AND RESTORATION TO HEALTH OF PATIENTS ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL SUFFERING FROM HEAT DISEASE OR SIMILAR DISORDERS.
