II) THE REPAIR OR RESTORATION OF ANY ECCLESIASTICAL OR OTHER BUILDINGS FROM TIME TO TIME OPENED TO PUBLIC VIEW WHICH SHALL HAVE BEEN BUILT BEFORE THE YEAR 1875.
