THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE FREE CHURCH OF ENGLAND CENTRAL TRUST WITHIN THE FREE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN SUCH ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE: A) BY THE PROVISION OF STIPENDS FOR BISHOPS CLERGY, STIPENDIARY READERS AND OTHER LICENSED INDIVIDUALS OF THE FREE CHURCH OF ENGLAND; B) BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING WITH THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR BISHOPS CLERGY, STIPENDIARY READERS AND OTHER LICENSED INDIVIDUALS OF THE FREE CHURCH OF ENGLAND; AND C) BY PROVIDING AND APPLYING FUNDS AND MAKING GRANTS OR DONATIONS TO ENABLE BISHOPS CLERGY, STIPENDIARY READERS AND OTHER LICENSED INDIVIDUALS OF THE FREE CHURCH OF ENGLAND TO TAKE SHORT SABBATICAL LEAVE AND TO FINANCE THE MINISTRY OF THEIR LOCAL CHURCHES DURING SUCH SABBATICAL LEAVE, AND GENERALLY TO FINANCE MINISTRY IN THE FREE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ANY PERIOD DURING WHICH NO MINISTER IS AVAILABLE TO SERVE IN THE LOCAL CHURCH.
