Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF (SUBJECT TO PAYMENT THEREOUT OF THE TRUSTEES PROPER COTS AND CHARGES) UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE WHOLE OF THE INCOME AND THE WHOLE OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSITUTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THE TRUSTEES ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. TO THE INTENT THAT NOT WITHSTANDING HEREIN ELSEWHERE CONTAINED THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF SHLL BE HELD ON EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE TRUSTS.
