THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE, IN PARTICULAR BY ASSISTING INDIVIDUAL PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER OR MEDICAL ATTENTION AND SERVICES AND WHO ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD THE SAME FROM THEIR OWN MEANS.
