(A) THE RELIEF OF FAMILIES IN NEED OF RECUPERATION AND REHABILITATION BY REASON OF THEIR POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES BY MEANS OF RESIDENTIAL HOMES OR CENTRES AND THE STRENGTHENING OF THE TIES OF FAMILY LIFE. (B) TO CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING CAUSED BY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILL HEALTH.
