Charitable objects

1) THE RELIEF OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THE PERSON UPON WHOM THEY ARE DEPENDENT BEING SENTENCED TO IMPRISONMENT OR OTHER CUSTODIAL PUNISHMENT OR OTHERWISE ARE UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO PROVIDE PROPERTY FOR THEM OR ARE OTHERWISE DESTITUTE, HOMELESS, OR IN NEED OF PROTECTION. 2) THE RELIEF OF WOMEN WHO ARE SUFFERING OR HAVE SUFFERED A LEGAL RESTRICTION ON THEIR LIBERTY IN ANY PENAL OR CORRECTIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.
