To promote the advancement and improvement of general education in all aspects of the Art of Drama by presenting, where practicable, no fewer than three full-scale theatrical productions per year, by encouraging the writing and reading of plays, and by arranging periodical courses in drama and the techniques of theatrical production. To develop public appreciation of such art.
