B) TO PROMOTE MILITARY EFFICIENCY AND ENCOURAGE RECRUITMENT;
BY PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS OF THE COLLECTION IN A MUSEUM OR MUSEUMS OR SUCH OTHER PUBLIC PLACES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE
2) TO CONSERVE, RESTORE, REPAIR, RE-CONSTRUCT AND PRESERVE ITEMS IN THE COLLECTION.
