TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE FOUNDATION IN THE SCHEDULED TERRITORIES (UNITEDS KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, PAKISTAN, CEYLON, UNION OF SOUTH AFRICA, REPUBLIC OF INDIA, STATE OF ISRAEL, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND ANY OTHER TERRITORIES FORMING PART OF THE BRITISH COMMONWEALTH AND EMPIRE OF WHICH THE QUEEN IS THE RECOGNISED HEAD) AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DEISCRETION DETERMINE.
