TO PROVIDE PREMISES SUITABLE FOR USE AS AND FOR A HOLIDAY HOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF RENAL PATIENTS OF THE ST BARTHOLOMEW AND ST LEONARD HOSPITAL. TO PROVIDE FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES AMENITIES AT THE HOME FOR CONVALESCENCE AND RECUPERATION OR CHANGE OF ENVIRONMENT.
