FOR THE USE OF YOUNG PERSONS UP TO THE AGE OF 21 YEARS RESIDING IN OR NEAR THE FORMER PARISHES OF IMMANUEL WITH ST ANSELM STREATHAM IN THE DIOCESE OF SOUTHWARK AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF ASSISTING BOYS AND GIRLS SO TO DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW IN CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
