Charitable objects
(I) TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA. (II) TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE. (III) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION OF THE RURAL CHARACTER AND PROTECTION DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST.
