TO APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF AND SUCH PART OF THE CAPITAL THEREOF AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT TO SUCH INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS (WHETHER CORPORATE OR UNINCORPORATE) RECOGNIZED BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES OR SCOTLAND AS CHARITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSES RECOGNIZED BY THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME SELECT.
