TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BELOW COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE BY:- (A) PROVIDING SAFE AND SATISFYING GROUP PLAY IN WHICH PARENTS TAKE PART WHEN APPROPRIATE. (B) ENCOURAGING OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH WHICH PARENTS MAY HELP THE CHILDREN.
