A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY IN UK AND OVERSEAS INCLUDING I) PAYMENT OF ALL OR PART OF TUITION FEES AND EXTRAS PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF DESERVING BOYS OR GIRLS BEING EDUCATED AT WALHAMPTON SCHOOL AND PROVISION FOR SUCH BOYS AND GIRLS OF CLOTHES AND EQUIPMENT AND MEDICAL AND SURGICAL TREATMENT WHILE AT THE SCHOOL II) PAYMENT OF FEES OF DESERVING STUDENTS FOLLOWING A COURSE OF EDUCATION OR TRAINING AT ANY RECOGNISED EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING ESTABLISHMENT AND PROVISION FOR SUCH STUDENTS OF BOOKS APPARATUS EQUIPMENT CLOTHING AND MEDICAL AND SURGICAL TREATMENT B) SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR RELIEF OF POVERTY AND/OR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AS TRUSTEES (BEING AT LEAST 3 IN NUMBER) SHALL BY DEED UNANIMOUSLY DECLARE.
